About the Role
Build the AI systems that power Klarity's platform — from intelligent agents that match patients with providers to automation that streamlines clinical workflows. You'll work with LLMs, build agent pipelines, and ship ML features that directly impact healthcare delivery at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy ML models and LLM-based agent systems in production
- Develop provider-matching algorithms, clinical NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation
- Build and maintain ML infrastructure — training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring
- Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate AI capabilities across the platform
- Iterate rapidly — run experiments, evaluate results, and ship improvements weekly
Who You Are
- 3+ years building and deploying ML models in production
- Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent frameworks
- Proficient in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Healthcare or marketplace experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $200K – $260K
