About the Role

Klarity is an AI-native healthcare platform — we use AI agents to match patients with providers, automate clinical workflows, and deliver care at a fraction of traditional costs. We're looking for a Head of Growth to own patient acquisition, retention, and expansion across all channels. You'll report directly to the CEO and leverage our AI-driven infrastructure to build scalable, data-informed growth loops.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full patient growth engine — paid acquisition, SEO/content, referral programs, and AI-powered lifecycle marketing
  • Build and optimize AI-augmented growth loops that leverage our agent infrastructure for personalized patient engagement and reactivation
  • Own key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, channel ROI) and build dashboards to drive data-informed decisions at speed
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to optimize the patient funnel end-to-end, from first touch to booked appointment
  • Identify and test new market segments, service lines, and geographic expansion opportunities using data and AI-driven insights
  • Design and run rapid experimentation frameworks — landing pages, messaging, pricing, onboarding flows
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth team as the company grows

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in growth, demand gen, or go-to-market roles at high-growth startups — healthtech, marketplace, or consumer strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of scaling a consumer or marketplace business from early-stage to significant volume and revenue
  • Deep hands-on experience with digital acquisition (SEO, SEM, paid social, content) and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, analytics platforms, attribution modeling, and A/B testing at scale
  • Excited about AI-native workflows: you've used or built systems that leverage LLMs, agents, or automation to drive growth

About the Role

We're looking for a VP of Sales to build and lead our B2B and partnerships engine — selling Klarity's AI-powered platform to health systems, employers, insurers, and pharmacy benefit managers. You'll define the go-to-market strategy for enterprise and partnership revenue, working directly with the CEO.

What You'll Do

  • Build Klarity's enterprise sales and partnerships function from the ground up — strategy, process, team, and tooling
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships with health systems, payers, employers, and PBMs to expand Klarity's distribution
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals that drive patient volume and recurring revenue through B2B channels
  • Position Klarity's AI agent capabilities as a competitive differentiator in sales conversations — articulating how our technology delivers better outcomes at lower cost
  • Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers at target organizations through outbound, events, and industry networking

What We're Looking For

  • Experience building a sales function from early-stage: you've hired teams, built playbooks, and established repeatable processes
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem — you know how payers, PBMs, health systems, and employers make buying decisions
  • Comfortable selling a technical, AI-powered product — you can translate agent and automation capabilities into business value for non-technical buyers
