Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role
Build and scale the platform that connects patients with providers. Work across the full stack — from provider-facing tools to AI agent orchestration and patient UIs — shipping features that directly improve healthcare access.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain core platform features across frontend and backend
- Design scalable APIs, data models, and system architecture
- Integrate AI agent capabilities into the product experience
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship fast
Who You Are
- 5+ years building production web applications (React, Node.js, TypeScript)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, and scalable architecture
- Experience with healthcare platforms, marketplaces, or high-reliability systems is a plus
- Comfort with data modeling, API design, and performance optimization
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $200K – $265K
