Chief Growth Officer

About the Role
Own the growth engine with a primary focus on scaling our provider network. Lead strategy and execution for provider acquisition, retention, and partnerships while building the growth org from the ground up. Reports directly to the CEO.
What You'll Own
- Provider growth strategy โ build and scale the engine that recruits, onboards, and retains licensed providers across all 50 states
- Strategic partnerships โ develop relationships with health systems, group practices, medical associations, and provider networks
- Provider marketing โ own the positioning, messaging, and channels that attract high-quality providers to the platform
- Growth analytics โ define and own key supply-side metrics (provider acquisition cost, activation rate, retention, LTV)
- Go-to-market for new service lines and geographies
- Brand and demand gen โ shape overall brand positioning and lead demand generation across all channels
- Build and lead the growth and marketing team
Who You Are
- 10+ years in growth, marketing, or business development leadership โ healthtech or marketplace experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record growing the supply side of a marketplace or platform at scale
- Experience building and leading teams of 5+ people
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on โ comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $250K โ $300K
