About the Role
Own operations and business operations across the Klarity marketplace as we scale across all 50 states. This role covers provider operations, business/payer ops, insurance and billing operations, and provider experience — we'll define the precise scope around your background. You'll build the operational infrastructure and team that keep a fast-growing two-sided marketplace running smoothly.
What You'll Own
- Operations and business-operations strategy and execution
- Provider operations — onboarding, credentialing, support, retention (per charter)
- Business / payer ops and insurance & billing operations (per charter)
- Operational analytics — health metrics, churn risk, efficiency, and cost-to-serve
- Process design and automation in partnership with engineering and AI
- Building and leading the operations team
Who You Are
- 7+ years in operations, business operations, or marketplace/provider operations — healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Experience at Head of Ops, Senior Director, or Director level managing teams and processes at scale
- Process-oriented with a bias toward automation and efficiency
- Strong people and stakeholder skills — providers, payers, and cross-functional partners
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $280K – $330K (positioned to your level and current comp)
