About the Role
Lead product across the Klarity platform — provider tools, patient experience, billing and payments, and AI-powered workflows. You'll set the roadmap, build and lead the PM org, and ship the experiences that make Klarity the best place for providers to grow a practice and for patients to access care. This role spans provider product, billing/payments, partnerships, and provider experience — we'll shape the exact charter around your strengths.
What You'll Own
- Product strategy and roadmap across provider-side and patient-side experiences
- Provider product and workflow tooling — including AI-agent integration
- Billing, payments, and monetization surfaces (where applicable to your charter)
- B2B / partnerships and "lives covered" product (where applicable)
- User research, product analytics, and experimentation
- Building, hiring, and mentoring the product management team
Who You Are
- 7+ years in product management, with time at Senior Director, Head of Product, or Director level
- Experience with healthcare platforms, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable partnering with AI/ML and engineering teams
- Proven record shipping products users love in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communicator who aligns cross-functional teams around a shared vision
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $290K – $345K (positioned to your level and current comp)
